Purpose of manual rivet nut gun:
If the nut of a product needs to be installed outside, but the inside space is too small to allow the pressure head of the sub riveter to enter the process of pressure riveting and sprouting and other methods cannot meet the strength requirements, then pressure riveting and expansion riveting are not feasible. Pull riveting must be used to fasten plates and pipes (0.5MM-6MM) of various thicknesses. The pneumatic or manual riveting gun can be used for one-time riveting, which is convenient and firm; It replaces the traditional welding nut and makes up for the defects of thin metal sheet, thin pipe welding fusibility, welding nut irregularity, etc.

1. Select the corresponding gun head and rivet bolt according to the rivet nut size, loosen the adjusting nut, unscrew the gun head sleeve, insert the rivet nut into the punched installation hole with the rivet nut tool, and fix the rivet nut.

2. Press the nut, and press the handles on both sides of the rivet nut tool towards the middle round bar with only a little force. Therefore, the pressing should be accurate. Be careful not to repeatedly squeeze the handles on both sides to damage the fastening thread in the nut. Pull out the bakelite ball again, and the rivet bolt will exit from the threaded hole.

3. Loosen the ball head. The tool will disengage from the nut after fully loosening. Be careful not to directly pull out the rivet nut tool to avoid damaging the thread in the nut.
