Use a pneumatic or manual rivet gun to rivet in one step, which is convenient and firm; it replaces the traditional welding nut to make up for the shortcomings of thin metal plates and thin tubes that are easy to weld and the welding nut is not smooth.
How to use reduce head inner hex rivet nut
First, break off the handle of the rivet gun, then rotate the rivet nut into the head of the rivet gun (the gun head is a stud that matches the rivet nut), and then use the rivet gun to put the rivet nut into the hole that has been made. Inside the hole of the sheet metal (the hexagonal rivet nut needs to be a hexagonal hole, the size of the hole is 0.1mm larger than the outer diameter of the rivet nut), hold the handle of the rivet gun firmly to deform the unthreaded part of the inner hole of the rivet nut. Once the rivet is on the board, pull the lever at the back of the rivet gun to withdraw from the gun head, and the operation is completed.
